- Any return/exchange request should be booked within 7 days from the date of delivery through email or call to our customer care assistance. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the return/exchange request or claim, even if the product was wrongly delivered.
- It is highly recommended to record and share unboxing video or a picture clearly showing damage to verify any return request based on damage claim. Without adequate evidence, your claim may be delayed or rejected.

- Once the product(s) is picked up by our logistics partner and reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection check. Please note that any damage caused to product due to usage will not qualify for return/exchange.
- Once the returned/exchanged product(s) passes our quality check, refund/exchange will be approved and processed.
- Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 - 12 business days. For cash on delivery refunds, we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
