Care: To clean Arttd'inox products, you can use warm water and dish soap. First, wet the utensil with warm water and then apply a small amount of dish soap to a sponge or soft cloth. Gently scrub the utensil to remove any dirt or grime. Rinse the utensil thoroughly with warm water and dry it with a clean microfibre towel. For tougher stains, you can use a mixture of equal parts vinegar and water. Apply the mixture to the stain and let it sit for a few minutes before scrubbing it clean. Rinse the utensil thoroughly and dry it with a microfibre towel.

  • This Product is only eligible for exchange. Return or refund is only allowed in cases where you receive wrong, damaged or defective Product.
  • Any return/exchange request should be booked within 2 days from the date of delivery through email or call to our customer care assistance. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the return/exchange request or claim, even if the product was wrongly delivered.

  • Once the product(s) is picked up by our logistics partner and reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection check. Please note that any damage caused to product due to usage will not qualify for return/exchange.
  • Once the returned/exchanged product(s) passes our quality check, refund/exchange will be approved and processed.
  • Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 - 12 business days. For cash on delivery refunds, we will issue a refund to the payment mode shared by you while raising a return request.
  • In case of exchange, the new order placed will be processed as per the request or a coupon will be issued, if opted.
