Refund Policy

At Arttd'inox, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our Refund Policy: 

  • Returns Eligibility:

 We accept returns only in the following cases: 

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify Arttd'inox via e-mail or a phone-call within 7 days of receipt.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return. Report such issues within 7 days of receiving the product.


Note: Any communication received after 7 days of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty, even if the product has been wrongly delivered. 

  • Return Process:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days to facilitate a prompt resolution.

  • Refund Approval: 

Arttd'inox holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 working days for delivery at our warehouse.

 Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse and passes our quality check, the refund process will get initiated through your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving it...


POINTS TO REMEMBER:

Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

Product should be unused and in the original condition.

Arttd’inox reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

  • Order Confirmation:

Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or amended. Please double-check your order before confirming.

  • Sale Period / Discounts:

Products purchased during sale periods or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchanges During Sale:

Products purchased prior to a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.

  • Online and In-Store Exchanges:

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores, and vice versa. 

  • Shipping Address:

No refunds are entertained if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts:

No refunds are entertained after three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or if the package is refused by the recipient.

  • International Shipments:

No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the shipping agency.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery:

Ensure that the delivered package is in good condition and has not been tampered with before signing off acceptance.

  • Damaged Packages:

In case of a damaged package, retain the original packaging along with price tags, invoices, and labels until our team reviews it. Additionally, write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
